They said: There has indeed arisen in your Muhadhdhab

يفعلُhe performs فيin جوفِthe hollow of
يفعلُ في جوفِ
فعلَthe act سواهُsomeone other than him تلذّذاًfor pleasure بيدِهْwith his hand
فعلَ سواهُ تلذّذاً بيدِهْ
He performs in the hollow of ...
That gives him pleasure in his hand
another's act, for pleasure, with his hand.

فقلتُso I said ياO قومُpeople عنهُon his behalf معتذراًmaking excuses
فقلتُ يا قومُ عنهُ معتذراً
لكيso that أقيمَI might straighten المعوجّwhat is crooked منof أوَدِهْhis crookedness
لكي أقيمَ المعوجّ من أوَدِهْ
So I said, O people, making excuses for him,
I said, "O people, I apologize for him
to straighten what is twisted in his crooked ways:
So I may straighten the crookedness in his limbs.
ميراثُهhis inheritance ذاكthat عنfrom أبيهِhis father ولنْand will not
ميراثُه ذاك عن أبيهِ ولنْ
يبرحَdepart حتىuntil يصيرَit comes to be فيin ولَدِهْhis offspring
يبرحَ حتى يصيرَ في ولَدِهْ
