O Imam, who is better than any imam,
And a generous man who has surpassed all the generous!
And generous, surpassing all the generous,

Indeed, my situation in the schools of learning
I have a status in schools of knowledge,
has made my condition vie with the rain clouds.
Restore my status, contending with the clouds,

Are, by my life, too subtle for my comprehension,

They deprived me of comfort from paper and time,

For in the ordering of calamities lies my disarray,
The arrangement of sorrows in it is my glory,
and in the scattering of bounty lies my order.
And the scattering of gifts in it is my arrangement,

My purpose is that you now present your servant

As I desire for completion,
