The pen of cheek-down has run across your cheeks,

The pen of chastity flowed in your hands,

And with the sword of your glance it has spared every drop of blood.

And with the sword of your glance, blood was protected,

So rule over all humankind, for indeed

So judge all mankind, for you have become,

You have become lord of the sword and the pen.

Lord of the sword and the pen.
