يا ابن السيادة كابراً عن كابر

يا ابن السيادة كابراً عن كابر

Thanks to your eminence, which you inherited,

Thanks to your loftiness you have inherited

O son of nobility, a great man descended from a great man.

O son of masters, honor above honor

قلبي جبرت وحالتي تبغي الغنى

قلبي جبرت وحالتي تبغي الغنى

حتَّى يقال روى صنيعي جابر

حتَّى يقال روى صنيعي جابر

You mended my heart, while my condition seeks wealth,

My heart is mended and my state seeks richness

So that it may be said: 'Jabir recounted the kindness done to me.'

So it can be said the flowing of my grace has healed
