أمولايَ صبراً على مبرَمٍ
لهfor him كلّevery يومٍday لديكwith you اكتسابa gain
له كلّ يومٍ لديك اكتساب
O my lord, have patience with an importunate man,
My hope, be patient with grief
Who gains something from you each day.
Each day with you is a gain
تقولsay لجودِكto your generosity حاجاتهhis needs
تقول لجودِك حاجاته
سيفتحwill be opened بابٌa door إذاwhen سدَّshut بابa door
سيفتح بابٌ إذا سدَّ باب
His needs say to your generosity:
Say to your generosity its needs
A door will be opened when a door is shut.
A door will open if another is shut
