O chief judge of the faith, your excellence shines forth.
I seek justice from the judges of religion, your grace is apparent
And your detractor is abased, while whoever hopes in you is joyful.
My status is suppressed and your petitioner is happy

And indeed the Bureau of Public Affairs has made a waft fragrant;
The collection of interests is now fragrant
So its fragrance spread, yet public interests suffered no loss on its account.
So interests are lost but not for its own sake
