with a month that visits you with joy, as is its wont.
A month that visits you as usual.
تسديyou bestow بهin it منناًfavors وتكتبand you write حسداًenvy
تسدي به منناً وتكتب حسداً
فتفطرso you break the fast of / rend الأفواهthe mouths والأكباداand the livers
فتفطر الأفواه والأكبادا
In it you bestow favors and inscribe envy,
You give through it favors and write down envy,
thus breaking the fast of mouths and rending livers.
So mouths and livers break their fast.
