لا ييأسنَّ من الجراية معسر

لا ييأسنَّ من الجراية معسر

أودى بمحضر حاله الإفلاس

أودى بمحضر حاله الإفلاس

Let no impoverished man despair of the stipend,

Do not despair of relief in hardship,

Whose record of circumstances bankruptcy has laid waste.

Or lose hope though destitute you feel.

موسى هوَ الآن العزيز وعامنا

موسى هوَ الآن العزيز وعامنا

عام الرَّجا فيه يُغاث الناس

عام الرَّجا فيه يُغاث الناس

Musa is now al-Aziz, and our year

This year of ours is Moses come again,

Is a year of hope, in which the people are given relief.

When people's prayers and hopes He shall fulfill.
