والحمد لله على أنني

I thanked Ibn al-Muhsini for his generosity,

I thanked the son of al-Muhsini for his generosity

and praise be to God that I

And praise be to God that

عوّضت في بابِك يا سيدي

عوّضت في بابِك يا سيدي

بالنعم المرْبي على المحسن

بالنعم المرْبي على المحسن

was recompensed at your door, O my lord,

I have compensated, my master, at your door

with bounty surpassing that of the benefactor.

With blessings poured on the benefactor
