رائية كالحباب يلقط

I composed for the patron in whom hopes are placed

I composed for the hoped-for companion

A poem rhyming in rā’, like bubbles gathered up.

A vision like dewdrops he gathers

نروم من برّه نقوطاً

نروم من برّه نقوطاً

والحكم للراء أن تنقط

والحكم للراء أن تنقط

We seek gifts of money from his generosity,

We seek from his righteousness drops

And the ruling for rā’ is that it be dotted.

And it's for the Seer to make dot
