كيف الهناء بعيد النَّحر عندكمُ
ياO سادةlords ملكواthey possessed الدنياthe world بتحقيقwith certainty
يا سادة ملكوا الدنيا بتحقيق
How can you be wished joy on the Feast of Sacrifice,
How is joy away from sacrifice with you
O lords who have truly mastered the world,
O masters who ruled the world with truth
وكلّand all أيَّامكمyour days مماowing to تريقthey shed دماًblood
وكلّ أيَّامكم مما تريق دماً
فيin البأسِbattle أوor فيin الندىgenerosity أيَّامdays تشريقTashriq (post-sacrifice festival)
في البأسِ أو في الندى أيَّام تشريق
when all your days, through the blood they shed
And all your days are those which shed blood
in battle or in generosity, are days of Tashriq?
In valor or in generosity days of celebration
