منfrom كلِّevery شيءٍthing تشتكيyou suffer from كلّall الورىhumankind
من كلِّ شيءٍ تشتكي كلّ الورى
May you be ransomed, O chief judge over them,
by all mankind, from every ill you suffer.
شهدbore witness الشرىhives لكَfor you حينwhen زاركvisited you بالتقىto piety
شهد الشرى لكَ حين زارك بالتقى
والبرّand goodness مختبرtesting العلىnobility ومخبراand reporting
والبرّ مختبر العلى ومخبرا
When hives visited you, they attested to your piety
and goodness, testing your nobility and reporting it.
لاmay not تعدمlack المدحthe praises السوائرfar-traveling سيِّداًa lord
لا تعدم المدح السوائر سيِّداً
هذيthese خلائقهُhis qualities بتخبيرaccording to the report of الشرىhives
هذي خلائقهُ بتخبير الشرى
May far-traveling praises never lack a lord
whose qualities are these, as the hives report.
