Sol 6.1

  1. دَع من شفيعٍ صحبةً ما أذنبت

    واهنأ بمحبوبِ الجمال بديع

    Leave Shafiʿ's blameless company,

    and delight in Badiʿ, beloved for his beauty.

  2. وإذا الحبيبُ أتى بذنبٍ واحدٍ

    جاءت محاسنه بألفِ شفيع

    And if the beloved commits a single sin,

    his charms come with a thousand intercessors.
