Sol 6.1

  1. وَالى شهيّ الرشف وقتاً وفي

    وقتٍ له التحكيم والقهر

    He whose kiss is sweet showed affection awhile; and at

    another time, judgment and dominion are his.

  2. لسانهُ في فمِه قائل

    اليوم خمرٌ وغداً أمر

    His tongue within his mouth declares:

    “Today, wine; and tomorrow, command.”
