أللهGod ينصرgrants victory to منwhoever وقىprotected الإسIs- (first part of Islam)
ألله ينصر من وقى الإس
لام-lam (completing Islam) منfrom خوفٍfear وأمَّنand made safe
لام من خوفٍ وأمَّن
May God grant victory to whoever protected Is-
May God give victory to him who guarded Islam from fear and secured it
lam from fear and made it safe.
And may God have mercy on him who knew
واللهand God يرحمhas mercy on منwhoever درَىknew
والله يرحم من درَى
هذاthis الدعاthe prayer فيمنfor whom فأمّنand so said 'Amen'
هذا الدعا فيمن فأمّن
And may God have mercy on whoever knows
This prayer for him who made it safe
whom this prayer is for, and says 'Amen.'
