وقل لقاضٍ من صنعه عزلوه

وقل لقاضٍ من صنعه عزلوه

وهو بالعودِ طامع متقاضي

And tell a judge whom they dismissed from his profession,

Tell the judge whom they dismissed though craving and longing for office

while he hopes to return, pressing his claim:

That you are no judge for people, so pass no more judgments on them

متْ فما أنتَ حاكمٌ أبد الده

متْ فما أنتَ حاكمٌ أبد الده

ر على الناس فاقْض ما أنتَ قاض

ر على الناس فاقْض ما أنتَ قاض

Die! You shall never be a judge

over the people; so decree whatever you will decree.
