Keep reproachful talk away from my ears.
Cease talking of blame in my hearing
For where is one who understands, or one who heeds?
Where is one who comprehends or one who hears?

I am the one who tells tales of sorrow,
in love's unbroken chain, from my tearful eye.
Spilling endlessly in love from my stream (eyes).

from one who dwells within the curve of my ribs.
From one residing in my ribs’ enclosure.

for they are the root of painful grief.
That they are the source of agonizing sorrow.

So if the robber transgressed he would not be punished.
