خلِّ الجفا وارجع لذاك الوفا
A word to Nūr al-Dīn on behalf of his close friend:
Say to Nur ad-Din about his abandonment
Leave estrangement behind, and return to that faithfulness.
Abandon unkindness and return to that faithfulness

يا حجريِّ الوصف من نسبة
حقًّاtruly لقدindeed عاملتنيyou have treated me بالصفاwith smooth stone (wordplay on sincerity)
حقًّا لقد عاملتني بالصفا
O you, described as stony by your affiliation,
O my beloved, incomparable in description and lineage
Truly, you have treated me with smooth stone.
Truly, you have treated me with purity
