جودة أكفك وكفك عن ذوي الإجرام
فيهاin it تقرfind repose النفوسsouls وتشهدand bear witness الأجرامbodies
فيها تقر النفوس وتشهد الأجرام
The generosity of your hands and your forbearance toward wrongdoers—
Your generosity suffices, spare those committing crimes
In these, souls find repose, and bodies bear witness.
In it souls find peace, bearing witness are inanimate objects
ياO منyou who يظنdeem السوالasking علىfor النوالbounty حرامforbidden
يا من يظن السوال على النوال حرام
لاmay ... not زلتyou cease to be ركنthe pillar الفخارglory وكعبةand the Kaaba الركبانtravelers
لا زلت ركن الفخار وكعبة الركبان
O you who deem asking for bounty forbidden!
O you who thinks asking is forbidden when receiving bounty
May you ever remain the pillar of glory and the Kaaba of travelers,
You remain a pillar of pride and the Kaaba of wayfarers
ماas long as عرَّسhalted to rest الركبthe caravan بينbetween الحلfreedom from pilgrimage restrictions والإحرامand pilgrimage consecration
ما عرَّس الركب بين الحل والإحرام
So long as caravans halt to rest between the unconsecrated and consecrated states.
No pilgrim party pitched their tents between entering and exiting Ihram
