And a gleaming, keen-edged sword has taken victory as its sworn companion;
With fury's whitest wrath he swore to win,
Though not yet drawn, it almost cuts through and slays.
And all but drew his sword forth from its sheath

The keenness of its blade brings it glad tidings of victory,
To bring him victory - his blade's keen edge
So it quivers in the armored warrior’s palm and laughs.
Trembled within his hand, and seemed to laugh.
