Ah, how delightful is the laughter of strong wine
How wonderful is the laughter of the doves
in its tavern, while evening has frowned!
In their haunts when evening has frowned

And a coal-black colt among the steeds of water,
And from steeds of water a dusky colt
whose horsecloth a gentle breeze tugs at.
Is disputed by a soft wind all over its body

When the stars appear drowned in it
