لَقَد ثَوى في النارِ مِنهُ رَجيم
By the grave of the 'one shown mercy'—with ḥāʾ changed to jīm—
The soil of the deceased whose name starts with H
Indeed, a cursed outcast—he himself—has settled in the Fire.
Indeed has settled in Hell, the banished one

وَتَستَقيلُ اللَهَ مِنهُ الجَحيم
Lazā weeps because he has settled in its depths,
Hell cries from the intense heat that has settled in its depths
And Hell begs God for release from him.
And asks God for relief from him, the Blazing Fire
مَضىhe passed away وَفِعلُand doing السوءِevil إِضمارُهُhis inward intent

فَما أَتى اللَهَ بِقَلبٍ سَليم
He passed away, harboring the intent to do evil;
He has passed away while evil was his intention
So he did not come to God with a sound heart.
Thus he did not come to God with a sound heart
