قالوا الإمام عماد الدين معتقل

فقلت لا شك أن الرمح يعتقل

And the ants of his moustache crept over his dusky lips.

And above his water crawled drinking ants

So it showed that the saliva beneath it was honey (probable reading of apparent typos).

So it sagged that strokes fondle it honey
