أيدي ولائك يا فلانَ الدينِ

Havoc has been wrought: all blood and wealth are wasted—

Ruin spread, and every blood and wealth is lost

By your followers’ hands, O So-and-so of the Faith.

The hands of your allies, O so-and-so of the religion

أبداً تولي الخائنين تعمداً

أبداً تولي الخائنين تعمداً

وتقول أنك أنت غير خؤون

وتقول أنك أنت غير خؤون

You always appoint traitors deliberately,

You always intentionally support traitors

And say that you yourself are not treacherous.

And you say you are not treacherous

لو كنت في زمن تقادم عهده

لو كنت في زمن تقادم عهده

لذكرت في طه وفي ياسين

لذكرت في طه وفي ياسين

Had you lived in an age long past,

If you were in the time whose era passed away

You would have been mentioned in Ta-Ha and Ya-Sin.

I would have mentioned you in Taha and in Yaseen

وتظنُّ أنك ذو جمالٍ بارعٍ

وتظنُّ أنك ذو جمالٍ بارعٍ

والقردُ أحسن منك في التكوين

والقردُ أحسن منك في التكوين

And you think you possess exquisite beauty,

And you think you are very handsome

Yet a monkey is more beautifully formed than you.

But the monkey is more beautiful than you in creation
