عجب الأنام من الأجلّ ولو دروا

عجبوا على الأطراس من أقلامهِ

عجبوا على الأطراس من أقلامهِ

People marveled at the most illustrious one; had they known,

they would have marveled at his pens upon the pages:

من كونها بعض الجماد وأنها

من كونها بعض الجماد وأنها

صمٌّ وقد سجدت لوحي كلامهِ

صمٌّ وقد سجدت لوحي كلامهِ
