Ah, may my father be his ransom—dark-eyed, gazelle-like, supple
By my father's life, slender like a gazelle
Of figure, peerless in beauty, like the full moon.
With his shape perfect and beautiful like the full moon

Intoxicating with the sway of his walk
Though he is a stranger to drunkenness—

A bough of silver. Who can bring him to me,
Would that I had a branch of silver in my hand
With a bough of gold in his hand?
While in his hand is a branch of musk
