إن غبتم صورة عن ناظري فما
زلتمyou ceased to be حضوراpresent علىwith التحقيقcertainty فيin خلديmy mind
زلتم حضورا على التحقيق في خلدي
If you are absent in form from my sight, you have not
If my image fades from your eyes, still
ceased to be truly present in my mind,
You remain present in my heart's certainty,
مثلlike الحقائقthe realities فيin الأذهانthe minds حاضرةpresent
مثل الحقائق في الأذهان حاضرة
وإنand if تردyou seek صورةa form فيin خارجthe external world تجدyou will find
وإن ترد صورة في خارج تجد
like realities present in minds;
Like truths lodged in minds, ever-present
and if you seek a form in the external world, you will find it.
Though their forms outside may fade and fall.
