Your rising made the feasts shine its light

Parting the gazes of onlookers in awe
مواسمseasons اضحتhave become للسرورfor joy وانماand it is only
مواسم اضحت للسرور وانما
بقاؤكyour continued presence فيهاamong them فخرهاtheir pride وسرورهاand their joy
بقاؤك فيها فخرها وسرورها
They have become seasons of joy, and it is only
Seasons became joyous yet
your continued presence among them that is their pride and joy.

May you remain a springtime for seekers of bounty, and a blessing
You remained a springtime for the destitute and a blessing
whose garden delights and whose sweet water runs clear.
To delight and clear its meadows and rivulets
تجودyou give generously عليهمto them بالنضارwith gold تكرماًout of generosity
تجود عليهم بالنضار تكرماً
بكفwith a hand سماحof generosity ليسnot يلقىis found نظيرهاits equal
بكف سماح ليس يلقى نظيرها
You lavish gold upon them out of generosity,
Bestowing them vitality generously
with a generous hand whose equal is not to be found.
With a palm of bounty that finds no peer
ويهديand offers لكto you الاضحىEid al-Adha البشائرglad tidings والهناand happiness
ويهدي لك الاضحى البشائر والهنا
ويتلوهand follows it بالعيشwith a life الرغيدof ease غديرهاtheir Ghadir festival
ويتلوه بالعيش الرغيد غديرها
And Eid al-Adha offers you glad tidings and happiness,
Eid brings you glad tidings and joy
and their Ghadir follows it, bringing a life of ease.
