A taylasan cloak—if it were an utterance, then no

one would doubt that it was a lie.

For it is like Mount Sinai when God revealed Himself to it,

so its strength and pillars were shattered.

O son of Harb, how, then, can it endure everyday wear—

a garment that melts away even while being preserved?

O son of Harb, indeed we have darned it until

the darning remained, and the taylasan was gone.
