أمام الهدى أدركْ وأدرك وأدركِ

وَمُر بدماء الرُّخجَّيينَ تُسْفَكِ

وَمُر بدماء الرُّخجَّيينَ تُسْفَكِ

O leader of guidance, intervene, intervene, intervene!

Realize, realize and realize the right path,

And order the blood of the Rukhajjis to be shed.

And pass as the blood of the impure is shed.

ولا تَعْدُ فيهم سُنَّةً كان سَنَّهَا

ولا تَعْدُ فيهم سُنَّةً كان سَنَّهَا

أبوك أبو الأملاك في آل برمكِ

And do not depart, in dealing with them, from the precedent laid down

Do not follow the ways your father followed,

By your father, the father of kings, in dealing with the house of Barmak.
