توسّل بالنبي فكل خطبٍ

يهون إذا توُسِّل بالنبيّ

يهون إذا توُسِّل بالنبيّ

Seek the Prophet’s intercession—for every affliction

Seek intercession through the Prophet, for every calamity

grows light when the Prophet is invoked as intercessor.

grows lighter when intercession is sought through the Prophet.

ولا تجزع إذا ما ناب خطبٌ

ولا تجزع إذا ما ناب خطبٌ

فكم لله من لطفٍ خفيّ

فكم لله من لطفٍ خفيّ

Do not despair when calamity befalls you,

And do not be dismayed when a calamity strikes,

for how many hidden mercies God possesses.

for so many are God's hidden acts of kindness.
