Seize the chance for two units of prayer, drawing near to God,
Make the most of two rak'ahs of worship if at ease,
when you are free and at ease.
Turning to God when you have nothing to do.

And whenever you intend to speak inwardly,
And if you intend to say something wrong out loud,
put glorification of God in its place.
Replace it with words of praise for the Lord on high.
