والّاand if not فأَسلِمهُمthen hand them over إِليَّto me أَدَعهُمI will leave them
والّا فأَسلِمهُم إِليَّ أَدَعهُم
عَلىat the mercy of جَذَعٍa fresh, young one مِنfrom among حادِثِthe calamities of الدَهرِtime; fate أَزلَماharsh; relentless
عَلى جَذَعٍ مِن حادِثِ الدَهرِ أَزلَما
Otherwise, hand them over to me; I will leave them
And if not, then surrender them to me, I will make them
to a fresh, relentless calamity of fate.
