When the market for praise grows slack, his generosity

If the market of praise rejects his generosity,
seeks out grounds for praise—and wins them.

He still seeks the causes of praise out of nobility.
تَضيقُgrow cramped بِماwith what تَحوىhold يَداهُhis two hands وصَدرُهand his breast
تَضيقُ بِما تَحوى يَداهُ وصَدرُه
بتَفريقِby distributing ماwhat تَحويhold يَداهُhis two hands رَحِيبُspacious
بتَفريقِ ما تَحوي يَداهُ رَحِيبُ
His hands feel cramped by all they hold, while his heart
His hands grow cramped with what they hold, while his breast
In hoarding what his hands and chest can contain
is expansive in dispersing all his hands contain.
