بقدرتِكَby your power التيwhich أمسَيتَyou have become تُحييyou revive
بقدرتِكَ التي أمسَيتَ تُحيي
بهاwith it للناسِfor people أمواتَthe dead ones الأُيورِthe penises
بها للناسِ أمواتَ الأُيورِ
By your power, with which you have come to revive
lifeless penises for people—
علامَwhy تُعدُّyou are deemed ذاpossessing شعرٍpoetry وإِنيand indeed I
علامَ تُعدُّ ذا شعرٍ وإِني
أعدُّكَI count you بعضَone of رباتladies of الخدورِthe curtained chambers
أعدُّكَ بعضَ ربات الخدورِ
why are you deemed a poet, when I
count you among the ladies of the curtained chambers?
