وباتَand spent the night البَدرُthe full moon مطَّلِعاًgazing down عَلَيناupon us
وباتَ البَدرُ مطَّلِعاً عَلَينا
سَلُوهُask him لاnot يَنمّtell tales عَلىon أخِيهِhis brother
سَلُوهُ لا يَنمّ عَلى أخِيهِ
And the full moon spent the night gazing down upon us.
Over the horizon the full moon rose to watch over us
Ask him not to tell tales on his brother.
Ask him why he doesn't sleep like his brother does
