سَيُسألُ من آذَى النبيَّ وألَه

سَيُسألُ من آذَى النبيَّ وألَه

بِماذا خَلَفتُم لا خَلَفتُم مُحمَّدا

بِماذا خَلَفتُم لا خَلَفتُم مُحمَّدا

Whoever harmed the Prophet and his family will be asked:

They will be questioned, who offended the Prophet and ignored him,

How did you succeed Muhammad—may you never succeed him?

With what will you replace Muhammad, when you did not succeed him?

بِماذا يَنالُ الفاسِقُونَ شَفاعَةً

بِماذا يَنالُ الفاسِقُونَ شَفاعَةً

لأحمدَ لمَّا حارَبُوا آلَ أحمَدا

لأحمدَ لمَّا حارَبُوا آلَ أحمَدا

By what means can the wicked obtain intercession

With what will the sinners gain intercession,

from Ahmad, when they fought Ahmad's family?

When they fought the family of Ahmad?

أتَرجُون عندَ اللَّهِ لا بَل تَبوَّؤا

أتَرجُون عندَ اللَّهِ لا بَل تَبوَّؤا

من النَّارِ إذ خالَفتُم اللَّه مقعَدا

من النَّارِ إذ خالَفتُم اللَّه مقعَدا

Do you have hope before God? No—rather, take up

Do you hope for mercy from Allah? No! But you will occupy

a seat in the Fire, since you disobeyed God.

A seat in the fire, as you opposed Allah.

ستَجمعُكم والطَّيِّبينَ مواقفٌ

ستَجمعُكم والطَّيِّبينَ مواقفٌ

وتَلقَونَ ما قدَّمتُمُوه مؤكَّدا

وتَلقَونَ ما قدَّمتُمُوه مؤكَّدا

Places of judgment will gather you and the pure,

Appointments will gather you and the virtuous people,

and you will surely encounter what you sent ahead.

And you will meet what you have sent ahead, confirmed.
