سَلِ الله بالسَّادةِ الطَّاهرينَ

سَلِ الله بالسَّادةِ الطَّاهرينَ

مرامَك فهو القريبُ المجيبْ

مرامَك فهو القريبُ المجيبْ

Ask God, through the pure masters,

Ask God, through the pure noble lords,

Ask Allah through the pure masters

For your desire—He is the Near, the Answerer.

for what you desire, for He is near and answers.

Your wish, for He is the near one who answers

وَزُرْ مرقداً لعليِّ المقامِ

وَزُرْ مرقداً لعليِّ المقامِ

وأَرِّخْ محلّ ضريحِ النقيبْ

وأَرِّخْ محلّ ضريحِ النقيبْ

And visit the resting place of one exalted in station,

And visit a resting place of one exalted in rank,

And visit the shrine of Ali the Eminent

And mark its date: “The site of the Naqib’s tomb.”

and compose a chronogram for the site of the naqib’s tomb.

And date the place of the tomb of the Chosen One
