We have a place in every noble deed,
We have the means for every glorious deed,
We have a realm in every field of honor,
And above al-Simak are men of ours.
And from up high we have our men.
And men who stand above the soaring stars.
ركبناwe braved للمكارمfor noble deeds كلevery هولterror
ركبنا للمكارم كل هول
وخضناand we plunged into أبحراًseas ولهاand they have زجالa roaring tumult
وخضنا أبحراً ولها زجال
We have braved every terror for noble deeds,
We rode the backs of terrors wholly,
We rode through every peril for the sake of glory,
And plunged into seas that roared with tumult.
And plowed through seas though they raged.
And plunged into the roaring, tumultuous seas.

When others hold back from them out of weakness,
When others shrank from them in weakness,
When others falter from the task in weakness,
Then we are those who hasten toward them.
We were the ones who went to meet them head on.
We are the ones who hasten swiftly toward it.

ينادي المستغيث ألا تعالوا
No one but us is meant when
We do not pause to question
None but us is meant when the cry goes out,
The one seeking help calls, 'Come now!'
When the desperate plead "Come help!"
When the desperate call aloud, "Come to our aid!"

And the word 'people' names no one
And people's words are not to be heeded -
The very word "men" holds no true meaning
But us; through us, wishes are fulfilled.
We just fulfill what's asked of us.
Except for us; through us, all hopes are gained.

Ours is all-embracing glory in every age,
We have the boundless pride of every age,
Ours is the boundless pride in every age,
And every land—is there anything to be said of this?
Does Egypt's history not prove as much?
And does not Egypt testify to this acclaim?

We have lifted our garment above every baseness,
We held our gowns above every disgrace,
We have raised our robes above all baseness,
And deeds confirm my words.
My words - look to my deeds that echo them.
And my deeds bear faithful witness to my words.

And if we knew that water from rain clouds demeaned us,
Had we but known Mazzan Spring would flow,
If we deemed that the pure rain brought disgrace,
We would have the endurance to bear thirst.
We'd have endured the thirst that plagued us.
We would endure the thirst rather than drink.

The heights of this glory have truly risen high,
Glory! Rise above, as truth has risen,
The peaks of this glory have truly soared high,
And truly it has towered beyond reach.
And sincerity has reached such heights, unparalleled!
Rising in truth beyond all reach.

So there is no dismay, nor shameful panic,
Do not despair or dread what's vile -
We know no panic, nor shameful fear,
And treachery or falsehood from us is unthinkable.
Betrayal and lies are beneath us.
And treachery or lies are impossible for us.

And we show forbearance if fools ever do us wrong,
We show restraint when fools have wronged us,
We show forbearance if fools transgress one day,
And ours is bounty before anyone asks.
And before we're asked, we oblige.
And we grant our bounty even before it is asked.

We inherited Arab eminence that shall endure,
We inherited a legacy for Arabs that will endure,
We inherited a sovereignty for the Arabs that endures
While neither sky nor mountains shall remain.
As long as heaven and the mountains still endure.
As long as the heavens and the mountains stand.

Thus Quraysh rose high through its ancient forebear,
Through ancient valor mighty Quraysh rose,
Through ancient lineage, the tribe of Quraysh rose,
And beyond that, our deeds were noble.
And we now rise even higher through our deeds.
And from us, beyond that, noble deeds flourished.

And ours has been renown throughout all time;
Our name through all ages will forever live,
Ours has been a renown that spans the ages;
Of this the Book has spoken, and still does.
Thus has Scripture spoken, and so shall it be.
The Holy Book spoke of this, and speaks of it still.

And in every age there have always been among us
In every age we've had our stalwart heroes,
And among us, in every era, there remain
Men who, to other men, are men indeed.
The manliest of men, models for other men.
Men who stand for men—these are the true men.

They indeed raised the established edifice long ago;
They established the foundations long ago,
They have raised the foundations from times of old,
Through them, noble deeds and virtues rise.
Through them, all virtues and graces flourish.
Through them, virtues and noble traits ascend.

Their aspirations rose above the Pleiades;
Their ambitions have soared beyond the stars,
Their ambitions soar high above the Pleiades,
Defenders of the faith, struggle is their constant pursuit.
Ever ready to defend the faith.
Defenders of the faith, their constant habit is struggle.

Theirs are tongues of learning, with arguments to offer,
Their tongues wield irrefutable knowledge,
They possess tongues of knowledge with proofs to debate,
And bright swords that battle cannot nick.
Pure white, which battle never stains.
And bright swords that battle cannot dull.

Ask—France will tell you about us,
Ask France - she will tell you about us,
Ask France, and she will tell you of us,
And if she recounts it, her account will be true.
She would confirm it, if her books were asked.
And truthful is the tale if she recounts it.

For many a day of battle against them has been mine,
How many days of war I have, pride of the ages,
For how many battles have I waged against them,
In which Time took pride—and still does.
Days from which my pride will never fade!
Of which Time itself boasted, and boasts still.
