نحنwe الذيthe one who أينwherever كناwe were حبناour beloved معناwith us
نحن الذي أين كنا حبنا معنا
ومالناand we have no فيin الحقيقهْtruth غيرهother than him معنىmeaning
ومالنا في الحقيقهْ غيره معنى
We are those whose beloved is with us wherever we are.
We are the ones who loved wherever we were
And in truth, we have no meaning apart from him.
And truly we have no other meaning
يجودhe gives generously لاnot حاتماًHatim نرجوwe hope for ولاnor معَناMa'n
يجود لا حاتماً نرجو ولا معَنا
معwith ناسْpeople بالمنعْin withholding قائمْstanding firm والعطاand giving معْناwith us
مع ناسْ بالمنعْ قائمْ والعطا معْنا
He gives generously; we look to neither Hatim nor Ma'n.
Neither Hatem's generosity do we hope for, nor Ma'na's
With some people he stands firm in withholding, while his giving is with us.
With people standing by denial, while giving is our meaning
