O you who is distracted by these notions
تنبيtell حقاًtruly لكلِّto every ذيpossessor of معرفةknowledge
تنبي حقاً لكلِّ ذي معرفة
أنthat الأكوانcreated things كلهاall of them أعراضaccidents (non-self-subsisting phenomena)
أن الأكوان كلها أعراض
truly tell everyone possessed of knowledge
Truly informs those with understanding
that all created things are accidents.
That all of existence is but illusions
