دين هذا الزمان محض ابتداعٍ

ثم دنياه فالحرام الصريحُ

Then its worldly life is outright unlawful.

Then its worldly affairs, clearly forbidden

فاتركو دينه ودنياه تنجوا

فاتركو دينه ودنياه تنجوا

واتبعوا العلم واقنعوا تستريحوا

واتبعوا العلم واقنعوا تستريحوا

So forsake its religion and its worldly life, and you will be saved.

So leave its religion and world to be saved

And follow knowledge and be content, and you will find rest.

And follow knowledge, be content and find peace
