The realized knower’s heart finds—rather, it is bereft.
The heart of the researcher is full yet empty,
And all the cosmos is poetry to him.
And the entire universe to him is poems.

أنthat الوجودBeing الحقtrue حقa Reality واحدone
أن الوجود الحق حق واحد
There is no doubt among all the knowers
There is no doubt among all the gnostics
That true Being is one Reality.
That the true existence is one truth,

And all besides Him is nonexistent, yet exists through Him:
And other than it is non-existent, existent through it,
A belief supported by evidence from transmitted texts.
Evidences from narrations are tied to it.

من قد تجلى فيه وهو الماجد
And all is perishing, mutable, except
Everything other than He who has manifested Himself
Him who has manifested within it—He is the Glorious.
And who is The Majestic, is bound to perish.

عقد صحيح أو خيال فاسد
So if a man’s heart holds, concerning God,
So when a person becomes existent through God, his heart
A sound belief or a corrupt imagining,
Has either a correct contract or corrupt imagination.

للعارفينto the knowers يرونهthey see Him فيشاهدso He is witnessed
للعارفين يرونه فيشاهد
That Being manifests through it, visibly,
That existence has manifested itself openly
To the knowers: they see Him, and so He is witnessed.
To the gnostics who see and witness it.

And one of them says: Mankind has contracted
A belief; and what they believe, I indeed hold.”
A contract, though they did not believe what I contracted.

Meaning, according to what I know,
Not as dictated by what the denier follows.
Not what the denier chases after.

I mean for the one who sees with insight
Into his belief, in which the finder is present,
The Existent One in whom he has faith.

Not for one to whom existence is proven true,
Among us, even if envious people clamor against him.
Even if enviers clamor against him.
