والسادة الأنجابِ

O company of spiritual poles,

O summation of the poles

And noble masters,

And masters of lineage

ويا أولى الألباب

ويا أولى الألباب

أشكو إليكم ما بي

أشكو إليكم ما بي

And O possessors of understanding,

And O wisest of the wise

I complain to you of what ails me.

I complain to you of what's within me

أحبابي يا أحبابي

أحبابي يا أحبابي

فلازموا في الباب

فلازموا في الباب

My beloveds, O my beloveds,

My loved ones, O my loved ones

So remain at the door,

So persist at the door

ولا تقولوا من لها

ولا تقولوا من لها

فأنتمو كفوٌ لها

فأنتمو كفوٌ لها

And do not say, "Who can take it on?"

And say not "For whom is it?"

For you are a match for it.

For you are its match

بدا جمال العالي

بدا جمال العالي

ولاح نور الوالي

ولاح نور الوالي

The beauty of the Exalted appeared,

The beauty of the Sublime has appeared

And the light of the Ruler shone,

And the light of the Master has shone

وأشرقت أحوالي

وأشرقت أحوالي

وثار ليث الغاب

وثار ليث الغاب

And my spiritual states grew radiant,

And my state has brightened

And the lion of the forest rose up.

And the lion of the jungle has risen

أحبابي يا أحبابي

أحبابي يا أحبابي

فلازموا في الباب

فلازموا في الباب

My beloveds, O my beloveds,

My loved ones, O my loved ones

So remain at the door,

So persist at the door

ولا تقولوا من لها

ولا تقولوا من لها

فأنتمو كفوٌ لها

فأنتمو كفوٌ لها

And do not say, "Who can take it on?"

And say not "For whom is it?"

For you are a match for it.

تلقيك في الأعتاب

تلقيك في الأعتاب

And the station of the utterly truthful one

And the station of the truthful one

Casts you at the thresholds.

Welcomes you at the thresholds

أحبابي يا أحبابي

فلازموا في الباب

خذوا فؤادي العاني

وكملوا إيماني

Take my captive heart,

Take my longing heart

And perfect my faith.

هذا البعيد الداني

This one, far yet near,

This distant, lowly one
