Nourish me, then, with my being, O my sustenance.
With my existence, nourish me, O my strength,

خارجoutside الملكthe earthly realm فيهin Him والملكوتand the spiritual realm
خارج الملك فيه والملكوت
We are all one when we are
We are all one if we are,
Beyond the earthly and spiritual realms, in Him.
Outside the kingdom is Him and the kingdom,
وكثيرand many وبعضناand some of us غيرother than بعضothers
وكثير وبعضنا غير بعض
فيin ثيابgarments اللاهوتdivinity والناسوتand humanity
في ثياب اللاهوت والناسوت
And we are many, some of us unlike others,
And many of us are different from each other,
In the garments of divinity and humanity.
In the clothes of divinity and humanity,
وأناand I أنتyou إنif تجردتyou strip yourself عنيof me
وأنا أنت إن تجردت عني
نحوtoward غيبthe unseen الغيوبthe unseen realms فيin اللاهوتdivinity
نحو غيب الغيوب في اللاهوت
And I am you, if you strip yourself of me,
And I am you if I strip myself of me,
Toward the unseen of unseens in divinity,
Towards the unseen of the unseens in divinity,
وتنزلتand you descend فيinto النعوتthe attributes وفارقand you depart— (word fragment)

وتنزلتand I descend فيكwithin you للتابوتto the ark

Then I let my taste roam in your fixity,
Then I wandered in your proof my taste,
And descend within you toward the ark.
And I descended in you to the coffin,
ولهذاand thus أكونI am أنتyou ولاand not تشyou sense— (word fragment)

And thus I am you, yet you do not
And that’s why I become you and you don’t feel me,
Sense me, you prisoner of houses.
O you prisoner of homes,
إننيindeed I مطلقunbounded وإنكand indeed you قيدa fetter
إنني مطلق وإنك قيد
ليfor me ببحريin my sea كيونسlike Jonah والحوتand the whale
لي ببحري كيونس والحوت
I am unbounded, and you are a fetter
I am absolute, and you are bound,
On me in my sea, like Jonah and the whale.
To my sea like Jonah and the whale,
وإذاand if ماever أردتI desire مثلكone like you كمmany a ليI have

شبحa form فيin ظهورهits manifestation منحوتsculpted
شبح في ظهوره منحوت
And if ever I desire your like, I have many a
And if I wanted the like of you, how many
Form, sculpted in its manifestation.
Ghosts in their appearance are sculptured,
أناI ساعstriving فيin هدمdemolishing كلevery بناءbuilding
أنا ساع في هدم كل بناء
دونin the way of مرأىthe vision of حقيقتيmy reality المبحوتsought out
دون مرأى حقيقتي المبحوت
I strive to tear down every building
I am the moment in demolishing every building,
In the way of the sought-for vision of my reality.
Beyond the sight of my buried truth,
وبجهلand in ignorance أراكI see you تبنيyou build نفوساًsouls

وجسوماً بناية العنكبوت
And I see you ignorantly building souls
And in ignorance I see you building souls,
And bodies, as the spider builds.
