طلعة المحبوبْ غاية المطلوبْ

من رأى يدري والسوى محجوبْ

The beloved's apparition is the ultimate desire

Whoever saw knows while the rest are veiled

وجهه ظاهرْ باهر الأسلوبْ

لوح نوارني بدا بالورى مكتوبْ

His face apparent, eloquent in style

جل من إبدعْ سرَّه المودعْ

في جميع الكون فافتح المخدعْ

Glorious is the Originator, His mystery deposited

In the entire universe, so open your inner sight

وافهم الأسرار لا تكن مغلوب

And understand the secrets, be not overcome

أيها الحادي يمنة الوادي

حسِّنْ الإنشادْ إنني صادي

O guide on the right side of the valley

Chant well, I am a chanter

واسأل الأحبابْ عن شج مسلوب

And ask the loved ones about the plundered passion

لاحت الأنوارْ زادت الأطوار

والفتى المشتاق صاحب الأسرار

The lights dawned, the spiritual stages increased

And the eager youth, holder of mysteries

وهو للعشاق كلهم يعسوب

كل من يعرف قلبه يغرف

من بحار العلم جهله يصرف

Everyone who knows his heart draws

From the oceans of knowledge, dispelling his ignorance

كاسه الملآن رائق المشروب

His filled cup, delicious drink

يا أهيل الحي إن قلبي حي

يا رفيقي قم لحبيبي حي

O people of life, my heart is alive

My friend, stand for my Beloved, alive

وارتشف خمري فهو ملء الكوب

And drink my wine, for it fills the cup

صل يا رحمن دائم الأزمان

للنبي المختار جاء بالقرآن

Send blessings, Eternal of Times

Upon the chosen Prophet who came with the Quran

من له عبد للغني منسوب
