آدمAdam نبيa prophet واحتجبand He veiled Himself فيهin him عنfrom الشيطانْSatan
آدم نبي واحتجب فيه عن الشيطانْ
حتىuntil كفرْhe disbelieved والتبسْand became obscure أمرُهْHis nature لهto him ماnot بانْbecame clear
حتى كفرْ والتبسْ أمرُهْ له ما بانْ
Adam is a prophet, and He veiled Himself in him from Satan.
Adam was a prophet and hid from Satan
Until he disbelieved, and His nature became obscure to him and did not become clear.
Until he disbelieved and his matter was confused
وكانand was مجلاهHis place of manifestation فيin زيتونةolive tree البستانْthe garden
وكان مجلاه في زيتونة البستانْ
تباركblessed is اللهGod إنindeed السرthe secret فيin السكانْthe inhabitants
تبارك الله إن السر في السكانْ
And His place of manifestation was in the garden’s olive tree.
His refuge was in an olive tree of the garden
Blessed is God; indeed, the secret lies in the inhabitants.
Blessed is God, the secret is in the dweller
