يا قلب لا تشتغل إلا بمن حبَّكْ
وثوبْand the garment جسمَكْyour body بأيديwith the hands of قدرتُهْhis power حَبَّكْhe wove
وثوبْ جسمَكْ بأيدي قدرتُهْ حَبَّكْ
O heart, occupy yourself only with the one who loved you.
Oh heart, toil only for the one who loves you
And he wove the garment of your body with the hands of his power.
And clothe your body with the hands of His power that loved you
خيلانْbeauty spots وجهُهْhis face جعلmade صوراًrepresentations لصورْof forms حَبَّكْyour beloved
خيلانْ وجهُهْ جعل صوراً لصورْ حَبَّكْ
فالِقْsplitter of نَواكْyour date stones كماjust as قدalready قالhe said عنabout حبَّكْyour grain
فالِقْ نَواكْ كما قد قال عن حبَّكْ
