منfrom عينِessence وجودهِHis existence ظهرناwe emerged منfrom عينْessence
من عينِ وجودهِ ظهرنا من عينْ
منfrom أينwhere لناfor us الوجودُthe existence هذاthis منfrom أينْwhere
من أين لنا الوجودُ هذا من أينْ
From the very essence of His existence we emerged—from that essence.
From the eye of His existence we appeared, from an eye
From where comes this existence of ours—from where?
From where is this existence of ours, from where
والواحدand the One ربناour Lord فقطْonly لاno ثانيsecond
والواحد ربنا فقطْ لا ثاني
فيin الكونthe cosmos فلاso not يصيرHe becomes بالكونthrough the cosmos اثنينْtwo
في الكون فلا يصير بالكون اثنينْ
And the One alone is our Lord; there is no second
And our One Lord alone, no second
In the cosmos, so He does not become two through the cosmos.
In the universe, so two do not become in the universe
