The first of the first is second.

The last of the last is dazzling.
The last of lasts, evident
والذيand whoever أثبتaffirmed نافone who negates
والذي أثبت ناف
وغبيand one ignorant النفيnegation ماهرadept
وغبي النفي ماهر
And whoever affirms is one who negates.
And He who affirmed being
And one ignorant of negation is adept.
And made nothingness unskilled
هذهthis سكرةintoxication صاحone sober
هذه سكرة صاح
منfrom شرابa drink هوit طاهرpure
من شراب هو طاهر
This is the intoxication of one sober,
This is an intoxication of one awake
From a drink that is pure.

فهوso he يحكيspeaks عنof خيالan illusion
فهو يحكي عن خيال
مثلlike مولودa newborn child لعاهرto a fornicator
مثل مولود لعاهر
So he speaks of an illusion,
So he tells of a fantasy
Like a child born to a fornicator.
